Our Portal
To make your journey as simple as possible, your entire Cloudrack experience can be managed through our intuitive portal. From resource configuration and deployment to billing and support, it conveniently gathers everything in one place, so that you can find what you need quickly and easily.
1. Ordering
We have our own, unique cloud resource configurator. Here, you can design the exact resources you need for your cloud services, giving you the choice of CPUs, RAM and Disk Sizes, dependant on your needs. As you experiment with the configuration of your resources, the price of the plan automatically updates, so you have complete control and confidence over what you’re getting and how much you’ll pay.
When you’re ready to order, you simply need to set up your account with us and choose whether you’d prefer to be billed monthly or annually.
It’s really that simple to completely customise the resources you require.
After that, it’s completely up to you how your resources are configured and how many virtual machines (VM) you allocate them to. Here’s an example of how your flexible resources could be split:
- You've purchased:
- 8 CPU cores
- 16GB RAM
- 200GB SSD
- 4 IPv4 Addresses
- These could be used to create one large, powerful VM or, for example, you might decide to create four smaller VMs with:
- 2 CPU cores
- 4GB RAM
- 50GB SSD
- 1 IPv4 Address
Flexibility is fundamental to all Cloudrack services, and how you allocate and scale your resources is entirely up to you. Deploy and reassign resource whenever you need. Upscale or downscale at any time, without penalty. Control it all through the Cloudrack management portal. Enjoy a more empowering cloud experience with Cloudrack.
2. Support & Knowledgebase
You’ll also find our Knowledgebase on the portal. This is the place to go to find answers to any questions you may have. You’ll find a wealth of ‘how-to’ support articles and product–related queries to give you a real-time answer.
If you need assistance, you can raise a ticket via the support page and our team of experts will get back to you within two hours. We offer free support, 24/7/365, so if you ever have any issues, or just need some help with setting up your services, this is your quick route to a solution.
We’re adding to our knowledgebase all the time, so it’s worth checking regularly.
3. Simple Billing
Our billing and payment system is super easy, and we accept all major payment methods. For convenience and to suit all budgets, all of our services can be purchased as a monthly recurring payment, or as an annual bill (which usually saves you a little bit of money!).
If you want to upgrade, or you need to downgrade your service, we’ll work out your new charges and charge you a pro-rata service until your next payment date.
With Cloudrack, you’re not tied into a contract so you can cancel whenever suits you. As soon as your billing period is over, payment will stop.
